Marine Wind Warning Summary for Tasmania
Issued at 5:12 am EST on Thursday 17 May 2012
for the period until midnight EST Friday 18 May 2012.

Weather Situation
A slow moving high is centred over southeastern New South Wales and will
maintain a ridge westward to another high southwest of Western Australia. A
trough and cold front approaching across the Bight will result in a
northwesterly flow develop today. The trough will cross Tasmania during
tomorrow with the cold front expected to weaken and cross the state early
Saturday as a high moves over the Bight.

Marine Wind Warning Summary for South Australia
Issued at 5:10 am CST on Thursday 17 May 2012
for the period until midnight CST Friday 18 May 2012.

Weather Situation
A 1025 hPa high pressure system centred over western Victoria will move slowly
eastward over the next couple of days. A trough will move over western parts of
the State today then slide away to the southeast. A cold front will move across
the south of the State late Friday and early Saturday then another high will
become established over the Bight by late Saturday.
